Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategic projects that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Work closely with internal and external legal teams and regional operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the transfer of professional and equipment licenses, certifications, and registrations to ensure a seamless transition and compliance with pertinent regulations.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide regular updates to regional and functional leaders on project progress.
  • Perform analytical tasks such as monitoring and reporting on project progress using project management and presentation software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, business operations, project management, or a related field required. MBA degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in related fields, such as project management, paralegal, acquisitions, and integrations.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
