Job OpportunityAbout the Role

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Novant Health Ballantyne Pediatrics clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing various office and clinical duties to ensure the efficient operation of our practice. You will work closely with our healthcare staff to collect test samples, maintain patient records, explain common medical procedures to patients, and assist in basic examinations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Current certification as CMA, RMA, or CCMA
  • Previous work experience in a medical setting (preferred)
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
