  • Conduct required staff meetings and communicate pertinent daily information to ensure a work-friendly atmosphere and a team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, guests, and managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct proper tip handling, including shift cuts, tip share, and reporting.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively to exceed expectations.
  • Supervise valet team to ensure proper key handling and safe, efficient parking/retrieval of vehicles.
  • Follow proper procedures for associate or guest incidents/accidents.
  • Maintain a safe environment for associates and guests.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
