Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our RocketCup Coffee team. As a Barista and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Coffee and Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and other specialty drinks.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Cafe: Ensure the cafe's cleanliness and organization, including dining and kitchen areas, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines: Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Engage in Training and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge about coffee and customer service.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth operation and a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience: Experience in coffee preparation and/or food service is recommended.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude and Passion for Coffee: A positive attitude and a passion for coffee are required for this role.
  • Motivation and Willingness to Learn: Motivated and willing to learn and adapt to RocketCup Coffee's methods and standards.
