About the Role

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a skilled Assembler II to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components according to standard work procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform general cleaning of shop areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work under general supervision to execute assemblies, processes, tests, and inspections related to standard light to medium weight assembly
  • Utilize various air and hand tools, including in-line drivers, torque guns, Allen wrenches, and safety knives
  • Maintain quality standards consistent with Eaton's Quality Policy and visually inspect components and products
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
  • Ability to communicate problems in product or quality to supervisor or manager clearly and concisely
