Job Title: Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients, collecting necessary information and processing payments
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Assist with office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
