Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
  • Assist with mobility and walking assistance.
  • Provide transportation and errand running services.
  • Assist with medication reminders and routine transfer assistance.
  • Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
  • Assist with kitchen and bathroom maintenance.
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card.
  • Current proof of auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test.
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement.
  • Physical.
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #'s.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment. You should have at least two (2) verifiable references.

Education/Training

Specialized training is required for all personal care. Certified Home Health Aide is a plus.
