Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our adult clients in Bucks and Montgomery County. As a Home Health Aide, you will work 1 on 1 with our clients, assisting with activities of daily living, home management tasks, and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and range of motion exercises
  • Perform home management tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency
  • CNAs - current or expired CNA license from any state
  • Nursing Students - completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation
