About the Role

The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will work closely with management to achieve and maintain exceptional interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintain restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily oil fryer filtering and maintenance of outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
