Job Title

An Accounting Assistant is required to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $43-45K (non-exempt) + overtime and benefits. We are located in Irvine, CA / Orange County area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update vendor/sales invoices using Sage 50.
  • Maintain accurate monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Count all cash from the Petty Cash Box.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments for unpaid invoices.
  • Perform any support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A 2-year Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years of accounting or related experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • No prior experience in Sage 50 Accounting Software necessary – training will be provided.
