About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our HRIS Platform Development team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of our platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features, as well as optimize existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our HRIS Platform, driving technical innovation and improving the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and optimize existing ones.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to drive business outcomes, including reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of software architectures.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in leading small and mid-sized development teams.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Solid programming skills, a track record, and passion for improving code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability.
  • Team development skills, including setting roadmaps and goals for teams and individuals, delegating effectively, offering engineering advice, and delivering frequent and transparent feedback.

The salary for this role is $162,000 - $283,500 per year (US Tier 1). This range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages that recognize individual professional backgrounds, experience, and location.
