We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our patients' physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Provide Skilled Nursing Care: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Coordinate Care: Coordinate care with our patients' healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document Care: Accurately and thoroughly document all care provided, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with our patients, their families, and our healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of practice and current CPR certification.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of prior nursing experience, preferably in home health or hospice care.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
