Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Duty Nurse RN to provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our electronic system
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
