About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Coordinator to join our team at Lifelancer, a leading talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma, and IT. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in regulated environments to support our Post Market Surveillance department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PMS Analysts to develop and implement PMS plans and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings and track open items to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Work closely with local and long-distance product teams to maintain PMS requirements and create metric reports for review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of work experience in a regulated field environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with GMPs and Medical Device Directive regulations.
