We are seeking an experienced Intake Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Aerotek corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This role offers a competitive estimated annual salary of $45,000, plus quarterly bonuses, totaling approximately $53,250 annually.

**Job Summary:**

In this critical position, you will play a vital role in managing workers' compensation claims from initial intake to resolution. Your primary responsibility will be to triage all incoming calls and ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Triages all incoming calls related to workers' compensation claims
  • Serves as liaison between employees, TPAs, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Coordinates referrals to treatment facilities and arranges transportation as needed
  • Supports post-accident drug testing and claim investigations
  • Enters claim data into various claims management systems

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Prior insurance experience in claims and/or call center experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
