Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our Medical Group Information Systems team and department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and planning and coordinating efforts to design, develop, and implement enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage Medical Group Information Systems Staff
  • Plan and coordinate efforts of information technology staff, system users, and administrators in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems
  • Provide expert technical analysis, advice, and support for mission-critical systems operations
  • Design, develop, test, and implement new and/or revised applications
  • Conduct business analysis; analyze hardware and software equipment specifications; and plan, coordinate, and monitor project costs, accomplishments, and milestones
  • Manage and maintain mission-critical enterprise systems
  • Conduct long and short-term database planning to support operational and administrative requirements
  • Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
  • Assist in hardware and software development and installation procedures
Requirements
  • Must have knowledge of PC, Windows-based operating environments, MS Office Products, Electronic Mail and Internet browsers
  • Must have considerable knowledge of systems operations, systems applications development, planning and implementation
  • Ability to lead projects, direct the work of others and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed analysis of business problems and reach effective conclusions
  • Three (3) years of experience in Systems Administration
  • Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field
