Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Outcomes Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for quality improvement, collaborating with hospital staff and physicians to implement evidence-based practices, and monitoring progress towards quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement
- Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to implement evidence-based practices
- Monitor progress towards quality metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and training to hospital staff on quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in quality improvement or patient safety
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
