Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide polite and friendly greetings to all customers, interact with customers to understand their needs, and assist with questions and special orders.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare knife-ready products for sale, including slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing, according to our standards.
  • Inventory and Stocking: Assist with product receiving, inventory, and storage, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come into contact with meat and seafood, and in the prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products are in date and maintain high quality and freshness with products available for sale.
  • Communication: Communicate customer requests and concerns to management, and perform all other duties as assigned by management.
