About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency at Callen-Lorde. Your expertise in quality improvement initiatives will drive our organization's success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement plans to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with health insurance plans to optimize quality incentive programs.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory standards, including PCMH accreditation and Health Commerce System requirements.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and generate reports for leadership.
  • Supervise quality improvement staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and address quality issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
  • NYS clinical licensure (RN, PA, NP, MD) or related clinical experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing quality management department, projects, and initiatives in a healthcare setting.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or other community health settings required.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403B retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
