Job Title: Member Services Administrator

We are seeking a Member Services Administrator to join our team at AMS, Association Management Services. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your customer service and administrative skills while working with a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$20 per hour. As a Member Services Administrator, you will serve as the frontline ambassador, handling high-volume, multi-line calls with a warm, professional demeanor. You'll identify caller needs and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role involves exceptional customer service, visitor management, administrative support, operational support, and client relations. You will welcome and assist on-site visitors, determine their needs, and guide them to the right department or office. You'll also maintain the appearance of our lobby, conference rooms, and other public spaces, ensuring a professional environment.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in payment processing, file organization, handling incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence, collaborating on special projects, creating detailed reports, and contributing to the coordination and scheduling of virtual meetings.
