Job Title: Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and optimization of our Microsoft SQL Server databases in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the availability and optimization of MSSQL databases in Azure
  • Design and troubleshoot real-time MSSQL related issues
  • Monitor performance on application databases and suggest/apply continuous tuning
  • Work closely with application teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to MSSQL
  • Develop and maintain standards for database design and code integrity, security, and performance
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration
  • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and Managed Instance databases
  • Strong technical understanding of database performance, high availability, replication, scalability, and security
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
