Job Summary:

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing electronic and paper records
  • Participating in planning programs, policies, or objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors and stakeholders
  • Typing correspondence, letters, and reports for the department
  • Processing reports for federal, state, and local agencies
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Notarizing documents as needed
  • Collecting monies and balancing collections daily
  • Responding to verbal and written requests for information and/or documents
  • Assisting coworkers with duties

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • One (1) Year job-related experience
  • Excellent computer and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, elected officials
  • Organizational skills; multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $18.00 hourly
