Key Responsibilities: You will manage clerical duties and processes associated with student records administration, adhering to both governmental and organizational guidelines.

Primary Duties:
  1. Input data into the Center Information System (CIS), including daily reports on student attendance, departures, pre-separations, returns from leave, and Training Achievement Records (TARs), ensuring the precision of all information.
  2. Handle input lists, extensions, and transfers.
  3. Correct data entries and maintain a log of corrections.
  4. Organize and maintain departmental records, forms, and correspondence.
  5. Assist in the auditing of active student files.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in clerical or administrative roles, including data entry.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
