Bluebonnet Motors is a dynamic dealership seeking a highly skilled Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the financial data of all dealership departments, providing accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager and Controller, and performing various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Prepare a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and manufacturer's format and time frame.
  • Cash Management: Review cash position daily, maintain an effective cash management system, forecast cash needs, and control petty cash amounts for the dealership and sales department.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile select accounts monthly and approve adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts.
  • Payroll and Taxes: Review payroll on a timely basis, post payroll accruals, prepare tax reports, tax deposits, and tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Accounting or related discipline; OR 10 years related experience.
  • Strong accounting skills, knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
