The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial individual to serve as the right-hand to our Head of Growth & Operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, where you'll have the chance to innovate, collaborate, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and perspectives are infused into our product and growth strategy.
  • User Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement plan for our alpha users, ensuring they're supported, informed, and providing valuable feedback.
  • Insight Synthesis: Synthesize learnings from customer conversations to inform product iterations and drive business growth.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Execute special projects as directed by the founding team, leveraging your analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Process Improvement: Understand the inner workings of our organization, identify areas for improvement, and streamline processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement new tools, processes, campaigns, and growth strategies from scratch, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure information flows seamlessly across the organization, preparing briefings for meetings, transferring knowledge, and building systems to institutionalize learning.
  • Prioritization and Communication: Refine and communicate priorities and company positioning to stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Early-Stage Start-Up Experience: Experience working with customers in an early-stage start-up or B2B SaaS company.
  • Management Consulting or Private Equity: Prior experience in management consulting, private equity, or venture capital, or a background as a Chief of Staff or General Manager.
  • MBA or Computer Science: MBA or Computer Science degree.
