Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Assess the need for and assist in the creation and implementation of staff development programs to enhance professional growth of personnel.
- Facilitate ongoing performance improvement activities that correlate to the Hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program.
- Make assignments for the present or following shift to provide for smooth transition and ensure appropriate assignments throughout the shift to cover changing patient needs and staff availability.
- Current Utah nursing license in good standing.
