We are offering a comprehensive benefits package to our successful candidates, including a base salary of $62,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. Our ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of hotel front desk or guest services experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Previous experience with property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services:
    • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and efficient check-in/check-out experience for guests.
    • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
    • Provide concierge-level services, including recommending local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including supervision of front desk agents and night auditors.
    • Manage guest reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest room assignments.
    • Monitor and update room availability, rates, and restrictions in the hotel management system.
  • Staff Scheduling:
    • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
