Job Summary

Papé Trucks, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Truck Technician to oversee the service team in our Marysville, WA location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service work is completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the service shop and ensure that all service work is completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Work on heavy trucks as needed and serve as the primary contact when repair challenges arise.
  • Support, mentor, and train a team of truck technicians.
  • Work in a shop that has all the equipment and resources needed to perform top-notch work.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in a lead or supervisor role, including training new technicians.
  • 5 or more years of experience working on heavy trucks.
  • Excellent customer-service skills.
  • Knowledge of computer diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
