  • Perform data entry and processing of various import-related documents for submission to US Customs, including handling limited Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation to comply with record-keeping requirements.
  • Adhere to all international import regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Process agency brokerage shipments efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all government and organizational policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with paid training provided.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required. No prior industry experience is necessary, but data entry and keyboard proficiency are essential. Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (such as phones, faxes, photocopiers, printers, and scanners) is required. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage a high volume of work and handle time-sensitive tasks independently with minimal supervision is crucial. Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems and reference materials is also necessary.

Preferred Work Schedule: Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. This position may require a hybrid work model, with potential for increased in-office responsibilities in the future.
