We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at the Paragon Hotel Company. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
About the Role:
The Customer Experience Representative is a critical position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests on a daily basis to address their needs and concerns. Your primary goal will be to increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service, adhering to our hotel's standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, and maintain guest privacy
- Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel, increasing revenue and guest loyalty
- Assist guests with issues and concerns, maintaining a professional and hospitable attitude
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
- Knowledge of hotel operations, staff services, hours of operation, room types, locations, rates, and discounts
- Familiarity with property management systems, including reservations procedures and phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and other stakeholders
Work Environment:
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve guest complaints. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
