Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Architectural registration (or in progress)
- Proficiency in REVIT and/or AutoCAD
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with leading companies across various sectors, including finance, retail, and healthcare.
- Engage in local and national travel for site assessments and evaluations.
- Produce comprehensive design and construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings.
- Foster client relationships through effective communication and participation in design meetings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
- Oversee building department reviews and approvals.
- Actively participate in construction administration services.
- Work closely with the team to ensure quality control and assurance of all drawings and specifications.
