Hourly Rate: $24.30 per hour plus an additional $1.50 for the shift differential.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management of inventory for raw materials, operational supplies, and finished products to facilitate production processes. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse environment, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor at the designated facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet wrappers safely to transport and stack pallets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Implement precautionary measures to safeguard warehouse contents.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections.

Quality Assurance:

  • Utilize the electronic inventory management system (SAP) effectively.
  • Interpret materials release logs and job pick sheets accurately.
  • Ensure the correct inventory is delivered to the production area.
  • Perform quality assessments on products.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processing specifications for various products and materials.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Material against actual usage.
  • Receive and manage incoming materials.
  • Assist in coordinating the dock schedule for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Investigate and report discrepancies in inventory for resolution.
  • Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse layout.
  • Monitor inventory and suggest actions for non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
  • Accurately label finished goods.
  • Complete finished goods documentation in SAP.
  • Verify accurate counts of raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform sanitation tasks to clean and disinfect all warehouse equipment.

Experience Required:

A minimum of six months of experience in warehousing or leadership roles is preferred.
