About the JobThis is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Social Work professional with a passion for geriatric care. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and at least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care settings. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work with 5 years of experience will also be considered.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- Proven track record in Long Term Care settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate varying demands.
The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary between $82,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience.
