The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a dynamic Automotive Customer Service Consultant to strengthen our exceptional service team.

As an Automotive Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction for our dealership customers. In this role, you will leverage your networking and relationship-building skills to promote the Company's services.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Customer Service Consultant include but are not limited to:

Promptly welcoming service customers

Handling incoming service inquiries and scheduling appointments

Informing customers about estimated service/repair costs and expected completion times

Coordinating service orders with Technicians

Documenting and reporting issues to the Department Supervisor

Ensuring complete customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time

Recommending additional services to customers as appropriate

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Automotive Customer Service Consultant:

  • Must be a customer-focused, self-driven team player
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is required
  • Experience in upselling is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
  • Must be proficient with computers
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with few to no points on driving record.
