The Automotive Customer Service Consultant is accountable for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction for our dealership clientele. In this role, you will leverage your networking and relationship-building skills to promote the services offered by the company.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Customer Service Consultant include, but are not limited to:

Promptly greet service customers upon arrival

Handle incoming service inquiries and arrange appointments

Inform customers of estimated service costs and expected completion times

Coordinate service orders with Technicians

Document and communicate issues to the Department Supervisor

Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering quality service from the outset

Recommend additional services to customers as appropriate

Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications for the Automotive Customer Service Consultant:

  • Must be a customer-focused, self-driven team player
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is essential
  • Experience in upselling is advantageous
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with minimal points on driving record
