Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Customer Service Consultant:

Welcome and assist service customers promptly

Handle incoming service inquiries and schedule appointments

Inform customers about estimated service/repair costs and expected completion times

Coordinate repair/service orders with Technicians

Document and communicate issues to the Department Supervisor

Ensure complete customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time

Recommend additional services to customers as appropriate

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Automotive Customer Service Consultant:

  • Must be a customer-focused, self-driven team player
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is required
  • Experience in upselling is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
  • Must be computer literate
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with minimal points on driving record.
