Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Hotel Management. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data and transactions into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze budgets and other financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Transaction Verification: Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered into our accounting system.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
  • Accounting Policies: Develop and implement accounting policies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
