Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend On Call Nurse. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and their families after normal business hours, while also managing an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and their families after normal business hours
  • Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care
  • Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or ability to obtain
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
