Compensation: $14.35 per hour plus tips

Position Summary:

The Coffee Specialist is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee beverages to patrons, adhering to established recipes and techniques. This position will report directly to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive attitude
• Accurately take orders and prepare beverages
• Process transactions and ensure cleanliness of the workspace
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues
• Support training initiatives and foster a collaborative team atmosphere

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent educational background
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Possession of a valid Food Handlers card
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Work Environment:

This position operates in a café setting, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas, with varying weather conditions. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds.
