The role of the Café Service Associate is to deliver an exceptional experience for customers by providing prompt service, high-quality beverages, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all store policies and company guidelines.
• Comply with safety standards, health regulations, and measurement requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and engaging positively.
• Assess and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Prepare and serve quality beverages and food items consistently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Support new team member training by offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
