Job Description

As a Private Duty Nurse with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing hands-on nursing care and support. Your expertise and compassion will be essential in creating a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

You will be responsible for administering medication, performing routine medical tasks, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. We value your skills and experience as an LPN/LVN and recognize the importance of your role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
