Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Working independently to provide patient-centered care
  • Using clinical skills and knowledge to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes

You will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation, adhere to established policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which you will practice
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
