We are in search of a Regional Manager tasked with the oversight and enhancement of a multifamily property portfolio in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position entails crafting and executing effective property management strategies, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance. The Regional Manager will be instrumental in coordinating and guiding property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that the portfolio and individual properties meet their operational, financial, and business performance targets through property evaluations, financial report analysis, and the development of strategic action plans.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure that portfolio and community objectives are achieved in terms of operations, finances, and overall business outcomes.
  • Lead and implement operational initiatives, driving improvements and ensuring the effective application of updated protocols across all properties.
  • Oversee and assess budgets to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial indicators, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement tenant retention strategies to minimize turnover and vacancy rates.
  • Work with marketing and leasing teams to devise and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring high occupancy levels.
  • Supervise maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-kept and compliant with regulations.
  • Ensure that the visual and physical conditions of properties align with company and owner standards through routine inspections and communicate necessary capital improvements.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of assets.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations impacting property management, ensuring compliance across all properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for property enhancements and remain ahead of market trends.
