Job Responsibilities
  • Setup, teardown, and repair of automated, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
  • Interact effectively with fellow team members and internal customers

Key requirements for this role include knowledge of automated manufacturing systems, ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot systems, and effective communication skills.

Automation Tech Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in PLC systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems, PLC5, Control Logix, and SLC

Automation Tech Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid food handler's card from Tulsa Health Department
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience/training as it relates to automation
  • Proven safety record in past work history
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, IP addresses, network settings, and programming experience in PLC's, HMI's, and SCADA

Automation Tech Preferred Experience:

  • 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
  • First Class Stationary Engineer license
  • Functional ability in basic Mig and Tig welding for repair purposes
  • Proficient in the use of shop machinery, including mills, lathes, drill presses, and normal industrial tools for repair purposes
