Job Title: Dialysis Clinical Operations ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. This role assumes full responsibility for the dialysis clinic in the absence of the Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
  2. Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing levels.
  3. Utilize supplies and staff labor hours efficiently.
  4. Update logs and send dialysis run sheets and logs to billing.
  5. Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs.
Outcomes:
  1. Coordinate functions across departments and develop standards to measure patient care services.
  2. Maintain thorough documentation in patient records of treatments, activities, and communication.
  3. Promote quality management through education and involvement of staff and patients.
  4. Assist in achieving corporate goals for quality and patient outcomes.
  5. Review incident reports and make recommendations.
Operational Readiness:
  1. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Ensure clinic compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans.
  4. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities.
  5. May fulfill Alternate CEO responsibilities.
Partnerships:
  1. Maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Director and physicians.
  2. Establish positive relationships with Administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community.
  3. Promote GUEST customer service standards.
Staff Development:
  1. Evaluate staff qualifications and performance.
  2. Provide education and training to staff.
  3. Recruit, train, and supervise personnel.
  4. Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
