**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Food and Beverage management.
  • 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in fine dining and wine service.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, as well as maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid TAPS card and Food Handlers Card.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies.
