About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Workforce Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role will provide analytical support to the department, including data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

The Workforce Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and insights, developing reports and presentations to communicate findings, and providing recommendations for process improvements. A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
