Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization. In this position, you will manage patient information concerning durable medical equipment and respiratory supplies. Your responsibilities will include interacting with patients, colleagues, and referral sources.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating the respiratory inventory
  • Engage with patients, clients, and referral contacts
  • Complete essential documentation
  • Ensure adherence to company policies
  • Organize patient information and related paperwork
  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

Education and Experience
