The Viv Hotel Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Services Coordinator to join our Front Desk team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations, who has a deep understanding of hotel Front Desk operations, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess a high school education, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
  • Review daily arrival lists and assist in preparing welcome amenities to make our guests feel special.
  • Escort VIP guests to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival to ensure they receive the red-carpet treatment.
  • Answer phone calls within three rings, responding promptly to guest inquiries and transferring calls as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, counting bank at the start and end of each shift and reporting any discrepancies to management.
