Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests consistently.
  • Welcome and register guests, accommodating special requests when feasible.

  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and checkouts with a professional attitude.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
  • Communicate special requests and late checkouts to the housekeeping team.

  • Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel guidance.
  • Process room charges and payments accurately, following company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area, ensuring safety and professionalism.

  • Understand and promote loyalty programs and current promotions.
  • Exhibit proper telephone etiquette and communication skills.
